Website Terms
These terms govern use of the Aviation Ferry Services public website and explain important limits around website content, quote requests, portal access, proof pages, file uploads, pilot opportunity/application inquiries, and aircraft movement information.

Informational website only
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated, revised, or removed without notice. The website, portal links, pilot opportunity pages, pilot application form, and inquiry forms do not create a contract, pilot assignment, aircraft movement commitment, employment relationship, contractor relationship, legal relationship, insurance relationship, maintenance relationship, regulatory relationship, or guarantee of service.
No guarantee of quote or mission acceptance
Submitting a form, uploading a file, contacting AFS, using the portal, requesting notifications, or providing aircraft information does not guarantee quote issuance, mission acceptance, pilot availability, aircraft movement, route approval, timing, cost, delivery, or completion. Every request is subject to review of aircraft, route, timing, documentation, aircraft status, insurance requirements, pilot qualification fit, weather, logistics, and operational feasibility.
Service boundary
AFS provides quote-based aircraft ferry, delivery, relocation, and repositioning support for owner-authorized aircraft movements only. AFS does not provide public charter, air taxi, scheduled transportation, passenger transportation, common carriage, cargo carriage, airline service, travel booking, cargo shipping, flight school services, insurance brokerage, legal services, maintenance services, maintenance signoffs, or airworthiness approvals. Every request is reviewed case by case. Form submission, website contact, or preliminary discussion does not guarantee quote issuance, mission acceptance, pilot availability, timing, price, dispatch, or completion. The pilot in command retains final authority and responsibility for flight safety and operational decisions.
No public charter, passenger, or cargo service
AFS does not offer passenger transportation, travel booking, air taxi, scheduled service, public charter, common carriage, airline service, cargo carriage, or cargo shipping. Requests that appear to involve passenger travel, cargo shipping, or common-carriage activity are outside AFS public website scope.
No maintenance, legal, insurance, customs, or airworthiness approvals
AFS may review aircraft status, documentation, insurance requirements, customs considerations, permit considerations, and special flight permit considerations as part of mission feasibility. That review is not maintenance service, maintenance approval, legal advice, customs brokerage, import/export advice, tax advice, insurance brokerage, insurance placement, regulatory approval, or airworthiness determination.
Cookie and analytics preferences
The website may present cookie controls for optional analytics and site-improvement tools. Essential site technology may remain active to operate the website, process forms, support security, and remember your preference. Optional analytics preferences can be changed through the Cookie Settings control in the footer.
File uploads and submitted materials
Optional form uploads are provided for limited supporting information. Do not submit complete aircraft logbooks, confidential transaction records, payment information, sensitive personal information, or private legal/insurance files through a public form unless AFS specifically requests that method. AFS may request a more secure process for sensitive files.
Portal access and mission updates
AFS may provide client, pilot, or administrative portal access for accepted missions or internal workflows. Portal access is role-based, may be changed or revoked, and should be used only by authorized users. Portal status updates, photos, messages, document references, email notifications, or text notifications are operational communication aids; they are not guaranteed real-time flight tracking, official flight records, maintenance approvals, insurance approvals, regulatory approvals, or dispatch releases.
Login credentials and authorized users
Portal users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, using the portal only for authorized mission purposes, and promptly notifying AFS if access appears incorrect, compromised, or no longer needed. AFS does not guarantee uninterrupted portal availability, notification delivery, or third-party platform availability.
Pilot opportunities and contractor inquiries
Pilot opportunity pages and partner inquiry forms are informational screening tools only. Submitting pilot interest does not guarantee selection, dispatch, compensation, work volume, employment, independent contractor engagement, or any specific aircraft assignment. Any pilot relationship, assignment, compensation, documentation requirement, insurance approval, and operating expectation must be reviewed and accepted separately in writing.
Pricing, payment, and estimates
Any pricing examples, starting prices, payment descriptions, or planning ranges on the website are non-binding educational information only. Actual costs depend on aircraft, route, timing, travel logistics, pilot requirements, documentation, insurance, aircraft status, weather, permits, third-party costs, and operational review. AFS may revise pricing if mission facts change.
Mission highlights, testimonials, and case studies
Mission highlights, testimonials, case studies, gallery images, and client examples are provided for general credibility and educational context. Tail numbers and client-identifying details may be removed, abbreviated, or omitted for privacy. Past mission examples do not guarantee that a future request involving a similar aircraft, route, timing, or scenario will be accepted.
Operational authority
Any accepted aircraft movement remains subject to applicable regulations, documentation, aircraft condition, weather, route feasibility, insurance requirements, pilot qualification requirements, and final operational judgment. The pilot in command retains final authority and responsibility for flight safety and operational decisions.
Third-party information and conditions
Routes, timing, tracking information, customs, permits, maintenance input, airport access, weather, aircraft availability, buyer/seller timing, insurance approval, and other third-party conditions can change. AFS may rely on information supplied by aircraft owners, buyers, sellers, brokers, shops, pilots, insurers, service providers, or public/third-party sources.
Intellectual property
Website content, copy, layout, images, branding, and graphics may not be copied or reused without permission except as allowed by law. Third-party stock images, trademarks, aircraft names, manufacturer names, airport names, or service references remain the property of their respective owners.
Website availability
AFS does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, portal access, form availability, upload availability, analytics availability, email delivery, SMS/text delivery, notification delivery, authentication availability, database availability, or third-party service availability.
