Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Aviation Ferry Services collects and uses information submitted through this website, quote forms, contact forms, partner inquiries, pilot applications, optional file uploads, analytics tools, client portal access, mission updates, and operational communications.

Information AFS may collect
AFS may collect contact information, role or organization information, aircraft details, route information, mission timing, aircraft status, insurance or pilot-approval requirements, known limitations, handoff details, uploaded files, portal account information, mission-status records, communication preferences, and other information you choose to submit through website forms, portal workflows, or follow-up communications.
Quote, contact, partner, and pilot inquiry forms
Website forms are used for quote intake, general contact requests, partner inquiries, and pilot opportunity/application inquiries. Form submissions may be processed through website hosting and form-handling providers and may generate email notifications to AFS. Form fields may include name, email, phone, aircraft information, route, timing, mission type, organization details, pilot qualifications, certificates/ratings summaries, flight-time summaries, medical/currency status, operating-history disclosures, availability, professional references, resume or qualification files, notes, and optional attachments.
Client portal and mission records
For accepted missions, AFS may use a client, pilot, or administrative portal to organize mission records, status updates, document references, aircraft details, authorization notes, pilot field updates, photos, audit logs, timestamps, user activity, role-based access, notification settings, and closeout information. Portal information may be visible to authorized users connected to the mission, such as clients, owners, brokers, shops, pilots, or AFS personnel, depending on the role and mission setup.
Optional file uploads and sensitive records
Some forms or portal workflows may allow optional file uploads. Public website upload fields are intended for limited supporting material, not large aircraft record archives or highly sensitive records. Do not submit payment information, complete aircraft logbooks, confidential transaction files, sensitive personal information, or private legal/insurance documents through a public form unless AFS specifically requests that method. AFS may direct accepted clients to a portal or other controlled workflow for mission-related files.
How information is used
AFS uses submitted information to review aircraft ferry, delivery, and repositioning requests; respond to inquiries; evaluate partner, contractor, employment, or pilot opportunity fit; identify missing aircraft, route, documentation, or insurance details; coordinate follow-up; maintain accepted mission records; provide portal updates; send operational communications; improve website performance; evaluate demand; and support business operations.
Cookies and analytics choices
This site uses essential site technology for basic website operation, form handling, security, and remembering cookie preferences. This site may also use optional analytics and site-improvement tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools to understand website traffic, page performance, device/browser behavior, referral sources, form-path friction, heatmaps, session interaction patterns, and aggregated reports.
Optional analytics tools are controlled through the website cookie banner and Cookie Settings link. If optional analytics are rejected, AFS will not intentionally load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity from this website session. You can reopen Cookie Settings from the footer to change your choice.
Email, phone, text, and portal communications
AFS may use email, phone, text/SMS, portal notifications, or other transactional communication tools to respond to submitted inquiries, ask follow-up questions, send quote-related information, coordinate partner discussions, review pilot opportunities, or provide operational updates. Text/SMS and portal notifications should be limited to operational or transactional updates and should include appropriate consent, preference, and opt-out handling when configured.
Website assistant and automated support tools
AFS may use a public website assistant or similar support tools to help visitors find pages, understand service scope, and route common questions. Visitors should avoid submitting sensitive aircraft records, payment information, private legal documents, or confidential transaction details into public assistant/chat tools unless AFS specifically instructs otherwise through an approved workflow.
Service providers
AFS may use third-party service providers for website hosting, form processing, file handling, email notifications, analytics, security, communications, SMS/text delivery, cloud storage, portal hosting, authentication, database services, and operational systems. These providers may process information as needed to support those services.
Information sharing
AFS may share mission-related information with parties reasonably involved in evaluating or coordinating a request, such as aircraft owners, authorized representatives, brokers, dealers, maintenance shops, pilots, insurers, service providers, airport contacts, handlers, or other parties needed for the requested aircraft movement. AFS does not sell visitor, client, aircraft, quote-request, portal, pilot application, pilot inquiry, or partner inquiry information to advertisers.
Retention
AFS may retain inquiry, quote, communication, file, portal, pilot application, pilot opportunity, partner, and mission-related information as needed for business records, follow-up, operational review, legal compliance, dispute prevention, insurance coordination, accounting, security, audit history, or service improvement.
Security
AFS uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website, portal, and business workflow. No website, portal, email system, form processor, file upload, analytics tool, SMS provider, authentication provider, database, or internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a form, not to upload files, not to request portal notifications, to reject optional analytics cookies, to update Cookie Settings from the footer, or to contact AFS directly instead. For privacy questions or update/removal requests related to submitted information, contact contact@aviationferryservices.net.
Updates
This notice may be updated as the website, forms, analytics, communications, assistant features, portal capabilities, pilot opportunity/application workflows, or operational systems change.
