No passenger, charter, cargo, airline, or common carriage service

AFS provides quote-based aircraft ferry, delivery, relocation, and repositioning support for owner-authorized aircraft movements only. Requests are reviewed case by case and do not include passenger transportation, public charter, cargo carriage, maintenance services, insurance brokerage, legal services, or airworthiness approvals.

No legal, insurance, tax, customs, import/export, or regulatory advice

AFS may discuss operational planning considerations, but website content and AFS communications are not legal advice, insurance advice, tax advice, customs advice, import/export advice, or regulatory advice. Clients should use qualified professionals for those matters.

No maintenance or airworthiness determination

AFS does not perform maintenance, issue maintenance releases, sign off inspections, approve repairs, determine airworthiness, or issue special flight permits. Aircraft status, maintenance signoffs, airworthiness determinations, and any required approvals remain with the appropriate owner, operator, mechanic, inspector, maintenance provider, insurer, and regulatory authority.

Special flight permit situations

Special flight permit or ferry permit scenarios require careful review and proper authorization by the appropriate parties. AFS may evaluate whether a requested repositioning appears operationally reviewable, but AFS does not issue permits or determine whether the aircraft is capable of safe flight.

Actual costs depend on mission-specific assumptions, aircraft status, route, weather, timing, pilot requirements, insurance approval, third-party costs, aircraft access, and other facts that may change.

Mission highlights, testimonials, case studies, and gallery images may be edited for privacy, readability, length, tail-number removal, client-identifying detail reduction, and sensitive operational detail protection. Public examples do not guarantee that a future request will be accepted or handled in the same way.

File-upload fields are provided for optional supporting material. Visitors should avoid sending sensitive documents through public website forms unless specifically requested.
