Legal Disclaimer
This disclaimer explains important limits on website information, quote requests, aircraft movement review, legal/insurance/maintenance topics, and third-party information.

Important boundaries before using this website
AFS provides information to help aircraft owners and aviation professionals understand ferry, delivery, relocation, and repositioning support. Website information is not the same as mission acceptance, regulatory approval, insurance approval, maintenance release, or legal advice.
Website content
Website pages are educational and informational. They are not operational approvals, dispatch releases, legal opinions, insurance confirmations, customs instructions, or maintenance determinations.
Quote conversations
A quote discussion may include planning assumptions, estimated costs, and next steps, but no quote is binding unless accepted under the applicable written terms and mission assumptions.
Aircraft movement review
AFS may consider aircraft type, status, documents, route, weather, timing, insurance, pilot qualification fit, permits, airport access, and operational risk before accepting or declining a request.
Third-party professionals
Owners remain responsible for working with appropriate insurers, brokers, mechanics, inspectors, tax/customs professionals, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities when those topics apply.
Website information is not operational approval
Website content is general information only. It does not approve a route, authorize an aircraft movement, confirm aircraft airworthiness, approve a pilot, bind insurance coverage, create a dispatch release, or guarantee that a mission will be accepted.
Quote requests are reviewed case by case
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee quote issuance, mission acceptance, pilot availability, timing, pricing, dispatch, route completion, or aircraft delivery. AFS may consider aircraft type, aircraft status, documentation, route, weather, pilot qualification fit, insurance requirements, maintenance status, permits, airport access, and operational risk.
No passenger, charter, cargo, airline, or common carriage service
AFS provides quote-based aircraft ferry, delivery, relocation, and repositioning support for owner-authorized aircraft movements only. Requests are reviewed case by case and do not include passenger transportation, public charter, cargo carriage, maintenance services, insurance brokerage, legal services, or airworthiness approvals.
No legal, insurance, tax, customs, import/export, or regulatory advice
AFS may discuss operational planning considerations, but website content and AFS communications are not legal advice, insurance advice, tax advice, customs advice, import/export advice, or regulatory advice. Clients should use qualified professionals for those matters.
No maintenance or airworthiness determination
AFS does not perform maintenance, issue maintenance releases, sign off inspections, approve repairs, determine airworthiness, or issue special flight permits. Aircraft status, maintenance signoffs, airworthiness determinations, and any required approvals remain with the appropriate owner, operator, mechanic, inspector, maintenance provider, insurer, and regulatory authority.
Special flight permit situations
Special flight permit or ferry permit scenarios require careful review and proper authorization by the appropriate parties. AFS may evaluate whether a requested repositioning appears operationally reviewable, but AFS does not issue permits or determine whether the aircraft is capable of safe flight.
Pricing examples and mission estimates
Any public pricing examples, starting prices, planning ranges, or scenario descriptions are non-binding educational examples only. Actual costs depend on mission-specific assumptions, aircraft status, route, weather, timing, pilot requirements, insurance approval, third-party costs, aircraft access, and other facts that may change.
Testimonials, case studies, and gallery content
Mission highlights, testimonials, case studies, and gallery images may be edited for privacy, readability, length, tail-number removal, client-identifying detail reduction, and sensitive operational detail protection. Public examples do not guarantee that a future request will be accepted or handled in the same way.
File uploads and form submissions
File-upload fields are provided for optional supporting material. Visitors should avoid sending sensitive documents through public website forms unless specifically requested. A future client portal or secure document workflow may be more appropriate for detailed records, insurance documents, or transaction-sensitive materials.
Third-party information and changing conditions
Weather, maintenance status, airport access, customs procedures, permit requirements, insurance approval, aircraft equipment, third-party scheduling, pilot availability, and route conditions can change. Any estimate, route concept, timing discussion, or planning comment is subject to change as facts develop.
Flight tracking and communications
Any future tracking, status, email, SMS, or portal information should be treated as an operational communication aid, not a guaranteed real-time surveillance system or official flight record. Manual pilot/admin status confirmation remains important.
