No guarantee of service
Submitting a form or contacting AFS does not guarantee mission acceptance, aircraft movement, quote issuance, timing, availability, or completion.
Service boundary
AFS does not provide passenger transportation, public charter, air taxi, scheduled service, common carriage, cargo carriage, airline service, travel booking, cargo shipping, insurance brokerage, legal services, maintenance services, maintenance signoffs, or airworthiness approvals.
Operational authority
Services are quote-based and subject to mission review. The pilot in command retains final authority and responsibility for flight safety and operational decisions.
