Before You Apply

This is a screening form, not an automatic hiring path

AFS cannot evaluate ferry pilot fit from a generic contact message. The aircraft, route, weather exposure, insurance requirements, client expectations, and documentation needs can change the pilot profile required for each mission.

The form below collects the baseline information AFS would need before deciding whether a pilot should move into a deeper relationship or mission-specific review.

What AFS reviews

  • Pilot certificate level, ratings, endorsements, and type-rating fit for the aircraft being reviewed
  • Current medical, flight review, instrument currency, and recent experience appropriate to the mission
  • Flight-time profile by category, class, aircraft type, and operating environment
  • Aircraft-specific background, avionics familiarity, systems knowledge, and recent model experience
  • Availability, travel flexibility, communication style, and willingness to use the AFS portal update workflow
  • Safety history, references, insurance/client approval considerations, and any operational limitations that should be known before review
Pilot Intake

Submit enough detail to make the review useful

Attach a resume or qualification file if available. At minimum, provide a detailed qualification summary, aircraft experience, recent flying background, operational history disclosure, availability, and the mission categories you are qualified to support.

Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal documents through this public form. If AFS needs additional verification, records, insurance-supporting details, or identity documentation, those items can be requested later through the appropriate channel.

Use this form only if you are a qualified pilot interested in ferry, delivery, relocation, or repositioning opportunities with AFS. A resume or qualification summary is strongly preferred, but the most important thing is accurate, verifiable pilot information.

Attach a pilot resume, qualification summary, or relevant supporting document. Do not upload medical records, passport images, payment information, or unnecessary sensitive personal documents through this public form.

AFS reviews pilot information case by case. Aircraft assignments, if any, depend on certificate privileges, currency, aircraft experience, insurance requirements, owner/client requirements, mission facts, documentation, operating judgment, and written acceptance of any applicable relationship terms.
